While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependent on calibration of individual screens. When ordering prints a 2-3mm loss usually occurs as the mount frame overlaps, when ordering a canvas print it’s important to know that approximately 2 inches of the image around the edge is lost to the wrapping, a mirrored wrap can be arranged for certain pictures to maximise front panel coverage, but is not suitable for all images in which case you will be offered a no wrap option.

Guest Photographers: each product contains a title a price range and on the 3rd line it will say guest photographer followed by a name (if it does not then it belongs to Wayne Humphrey) should you have any queries regarding print options or customer service issues please wait to be contacted by them once they have received your order, you will then have their direct contact email.
All orders with Guest photographers cease to be the responsibility of Wayne Humphrey and or simply-landscapes.co.uk 48 hours after purchase date or as soon as the order has been passed to the guest photographer whichever is the sooner, responsibility for refunds/replacement of goods damaged in transit lies with guest photographers after this time.
All orders placed will be put on hold for 48 hours, during this time you may cancel your order direct with simply-landscapes for a full refund, after that period your order will be sent to print and refunds will be processed at the photographers discretion, once an order has been placed refunds because you changed your mind will not be accepted. If your order is urgent and you do not wish for your order to be delayed by 48 hours please contact us before placing your order, once acknowledged it will be processed directly upon order receipt.
Upon receipt of order please check parcels for damage before signing as this can invalidate any insurance should there need to be a claim for good damaged in transit.
Once goods are signed for refunds are not available for any reason, if there is a fault due to damage in transit, then the goods will be replaced.
Our photographers take pride in their work and will inspect all products prior to shipping for any and all defects, and will not be shipped if not 100% perfect.

All items shown on our website are in stock , however all items are printed to order, as well as being subject to the 48 hrs hold prior to printing, sometime raw materials are unavailable therefore all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible by phone or email if the goods you have ordered are not available. If this is unsatisfactory you may either choose another product to the same value or obtain a refund.
All deliveries will be sent via courier upon order completion and inspection, due to the fact that all products are made to order please be aware that some orders may take up to 2 weeks from order date to arrive, we will send you an estimated delivery date upon receipt of order.
